Kekkei Genkai: Shikei-shu
History: The Satoshi clan was created by an experiment gone wrong. Attempts to create a Sharingan in other Villages using DNA from the Sharingan had caused many Shinobi to die, except for two. Ryo Satoshi and Hina Inuzuka, both Konoha born but relocated to Kiri for the experiment. For Ryo, the Satoshi was just a name as they had no special powers of Kekkei Genkai, but with the Sharingan duplicate, he began experimenting. He found that with the 'Sharingan' it was able to gain up to four tomoes instead of three, and use it's 'Mangekyo' without causing blindness. By using the Dojutsu, Ryo created many new techniques, the last one, costing him his life and creating an all new Dojutsu, the Shikei-shu.
While in Kiri, Ryo and Hina were forced to have children, despite the two shinobi hating one another. It was discovered that no matter the circumstances, the new Dojutsu was showing up in every child. Then a new test was conducted, having Ryo bear children with another woman who didn't have the Dojutsu. The test confirmed that the one child they had, carried the Dojutsu, but that Child and woman were killed before the bloodline spread even more outside of Ryo and Hina. Ryo and Hina both died in the facility.
The Satoshi bloodline was trapped inside of the facility for 40 years, this giving the deceased Ryo and Hina 6 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren. After the children of the two died, the rest of the Satoshi's escaped the compounds of the test facility and relocated their family back to Konoha. This was around the time that the Hokage that preceded Naruto was chosen. Since then, the Satoshi Bloodline has prospered through Konoha, quickly arriving at the member count the Uchiha was at before the Uchiha Clan Massacre.

Name: Shikei-shu
Clan: Satoshi
Description: The Shikei-shu is a 'copy' of the Sharingan, but entirely different in it's own way. Like the Sharingan, it can track movement and copy jutsu, but the rates are very different. The Shikei-shu can also cast Genjutsu specific to only the Dojutsu. The Shikei-shu's appearance rivals the Sharingan's by only adding an extra tomoe to the set. But for all this power, comes a great price. When used, the user becomes extremely fatigued, and the Chakra needed for Jutsu doubles, this often being a major factor of death in Satoshi Clan members.
Extra Abilites: Jutsu Copying and Movement Tracking
Forms: Dojutsu - Kekkei Genkai of the Eye
Levels: 1st Tomoe: The Shikei-shu can track movements up to a jog, copy up to C-Rank Jutsu, and can cast Akuma no Yoru.
2nd Tomoe: The Shikei-shu can track movements up to a sprint, copy up to B-Rank Jutsu, and can cast Akuma no Hauru.
3rd Tomoe: The Shikei-shu can track movements up to fast handsign motion, copy up to A-Rank Jutsu, and can cast Akuma no Saitoraiku.
4th Tomoe: The 4th Tomoe grants the Shikei-shu users the ability to use the copied jutsu from the previous 3 tomoes. The 4th Tomoe can also track speeds up to a shunshin. There is no specific Genjutsu related to the 4th Tomoe.
Taisaku Shikei-shu
The advanced form of the Shikei-shu. By using this form, the user can copy up to S-Rank Jutsu and be able to track up to advanced shunshins. Users also gain a Genjutsu; Akuma no Chen and a Ninjutsu; Akuma no Shi. The use of this Ninjutsu however, will cause instant death to the user. To obtain this form, one must experiance bloodshed of a family member. Even if one does not have access to a certian number of tomoes, they wil automatically be gifted with the ability to use the Taisaku Shikei-shu.

Name: Akuma no Shi

Description: This jutsu allows Akuma no Chen to become a reality, but instead of only killing one, but killing everyone in the area. The Shinigami haze would then turn upon it's master and kill the Shikei-shu user by default.
Prerequisites: Taisaku Shikei-shu
Note: Kaito knows the Jutsu only by Family Scrolls, he has not preformed this Jutsu, nor is he allowed to.

Name: Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu - (Fire Style: Grand Fireball Jutsu)

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. The fireball is normally blown through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user.

Description: At the start of the Genjutsu, it seems to the opponent as though the jutsu didn't work (although their physical body stops moving once the Jutsu is succesful), but after 10 seconds in the Genjutsu, the illusion darkens the light to the opponent and clouds their vision with a black haze. This black haze would then proceed to manifest into a hand and strangle the opponent's neck.

Description: Almost instantly after the Genjutsu starts, the opponent is blasted with a screeching sound that can only be heard by the opponent. In the Genjutsu, the opponent looses all sense of hearing and ends up bleeding by the ears, but in reality is uneffected.

Description: In this Genjutsu, the opponent is surronded by a black haze and has a shadowy sword thrust through them. The sword would then be twisted and turned to cause massive pain and suffering.

Description: The ultimate Genjutsu used by the Shikei-shu. In this jutsu, a black haze forms into the sillouhete of Shinigami. The Shinigami haze then takes a red chain, which has a temperature that equals the inner core, and wraps it around the opponent. Once the opponent is imobilized, the chain is taken and pulled, dismembering body parts and the likes.

Background InformationHistory: Early Life Arc:Kaito was born to a single mother, who died during childbirth. The father of the newborn was unknown even to DNA testing. But what was known about his father, was his last name of Satoshi. Suspecting that the boy had the same Kekkei Genkai as his father, Kaito was put into the care of a retired Uchiha lady who could raise him. By the age of 7, Kaito had developed into a strong young lad. He had already activated his father's Kekkei Genkai, Shikei-shu, and was already on his 2nd Tomoe. The now elderly Uchiha who had been raising him praised him and gifted him a scroll that had a seal on it. This seal locked the scroll so it would not be able to be opened until Kaito's 16th Birthday. The contents of the scroll are unknown. Academy to Present Arc:At age 9, Kaito was enrolled in the Konoha Ninja Academy. Due to his lack of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, he had a rough time, but didn't lack in the dating department. All the girls were swooning over him once he got there, and before anyone could remember what his face looked like, the Satoshi boy bought a mask to hide his face. This only made girls like him even more due to the mystery, but that craze died down after a while. At age 14, Kaito finally was able to graduate from the Ninja Academy. There had been whispers around the village that he's looking much like his father as he grows up, but with his mother's eyes. The white tuft in Kaito's hair that was only a strand or two of hair, had grown to be natural in his dark brown hair. Upon his graduation, Kaito recieved a necklace from the Uchiha he stayed with, which was the Kanji for Strength enscribed in a dragon, shortly before her death a week later. Kaito now never takes off the necklace as a sign of respect for his guardian. OOC Alias: Teo Rp Sample: Hikari had been walking around Suna for hours, with being a Jonin and the Village at peace there was nothing exciting to do. Yeah she could be training, yeah she could be leading a squad of Genin, but really, she couldn't do either of those things. It was the middle of the day and temperatures were getting hot. So hot, that the 19 year old had shed both her red and black overcoat, and her Suna Flak Jacket which was adorned underneath it, revealing a black fishnet shirt with a white undershirt to match. The leading the team aspect was easy, she wasn't assigned one by the Kazekage. But she knew her time would come. Someday, it would come. The young Sato's dog Izuka followed closely behind his master, panting in the dry heat of the day. Having black fur didn't help the canine either as the coloring attracted the heat to his body. And fur was not good on a warm summer day, even if he did have short fur. Hikari noticed the dog's discomfort and thought the same thing, so she lead Izuka into the eating establishment of Suna's lower district. Ninja Tako. She hated the food here, she truly did, they didn't have Ramen or anything 'good' to eat. But it was inside, in the shade, and away from the heat. The Sato sat in the back of the restaurant at a small table close to the kitchen, Izuka sitting underneath it, relishing the darkness. Across the table, there was an ash tray with a lighter and a few unsmoked cigarettes next to it. Even though Hikari was 19, she as a Jonin was allowed to smoke in public. But even though a good smoke was, as her friends said, a good way to relieve stress, the Jonin decided not to and pushed them out of her mind. Out of the corner of her eye, Hikari saw a fight break out, it startled her as the two fighting, weren't even Suna Shinobi. One was a Suna Citizen, but the other, wasn't even from here. Hikari couldn't see what the symbol of the headband he was hearing, but she could tell he wasn't from here. After a few moments, Hikari stared at her menu, actually finding something to eat. "Hey Kaoru!" Hikari yelled to the chef behind the kitchen wall, "Give me some Ebifurai and then Izuka here whatever leftovers you got!" After a faint 'Got it' Hikari sighed and slumped into her chair. She then pat Izuka on the head and waited to see if anything would happen.

| Im sure you wouldn't give yourself three Tomoe if it went against the rules, and seeing as that was the only thing that bugged me..
