Sharingan System

Sharingan:

A Genin Uchiha may start out with a Sharingan of 1 Tomoe.

Training Rates:

1 Tomoe - 2 Tomoe: 2,000 Words
2 Tomoe - 3 Tomoe: 3,000 Words
3 Tomoe - Lower Mangekyo: Obtain IC
Lower Mangekyo - Higher Mangekyo: 10,000 Words
Higher Mangekyo - Distant Mangekyo: Obtain IC

• Genin can have a Maximum of 2 Tomoe
  
• Chuunin can have a Maximum of 3 Tomoe
  
• Jonin and Up can have a Maximum of Distant Mangekyo Sharingan
  

Mangekyo Sharingan:

Once an Uchiha hits Jonin Level, he/she can unlock the Mangekyo Sharingan by feeling the emotion of losing a friend or family, as merely killing them or watching them die will not activate it.

Lower Mangekyo Sharingan:

This is the First Rank of the Mangekyo Sharingan. When the Mangekyo Sharingan is Activated, the design of the Sharigan will appear fuzzy on the eye and disorted, showing not true mastery over it.

Using the Lower Mangekyo Sharingan will cause no stress on the Eye and give the user the ability to use the Tsukuyomi twice per thread.

Higher Mangekyo Sharingan:

This is the Full form of the Mangekyo Sharingan.
When the Sharingan is activated, the Design is fully visable and perfect, showing Simple Mastery of the Sharingan.

Using the Higher Mangekyo Sharingan will cause Stess on the Eye and give the user the ability to use Kamui and Inzanagi.

• In the Higher Mangekyo Sharingan Form, Tsukuyomi can be used Twice per thread, making the Eye go blind by 3% each use.
  
• Kamui can be used Three times per thread, making the Eye go blind by 5% each use.
  
• Inzanagi can be used once per Sharingan Lifetime, making the Eye go completly blind by 100% in the use.
  

To Prevent or Cure Blindness in the Sharingan, one must take another's Sharingan of any level (any will do, not just Sibling's) and implant it into their own. However, these will not be Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan (we'll call them Distant Mangekyo Sharingan for arguments sake) but they have a 1 in 10 Chance they will never go blind again.

With that being said, if your Sharingan is the 1 in 10, then you may use Inzanagi once per thread with no Eye Blindness Occuring. Previous Thread Limits are still in Effect sans Blindness Percents.

The Sharingan can track Movements based on the number of Tomoe, here is a list of what speeds your Sharingan can track.

1 Tomoe; Very Slow - Slow Movements

2 Tomoe; Slow - Moderate Movements

3 Tomoe; Moderate - Fast Movements

Lower Mangekyo; Fast - Very Fast Movements

Higher Mangekyo; Very Fast - Lightning Fast Movements

Distant Mangekyo; Lightning Fast - Godly Fast Movements

Copying Jutsu:

Your Sharingan can copy moves in Battle.

Here are the requirements on what you need to copy a Jutsu in Battle:

• You must stand completly still while you opponent is casting the Jutsu (This means from the time they start preforming the handsigns to the time the jutsu fires)
  
• For the Jutsu to be perfeted in Copying, you must copy said Jutsu 3 times.
  
• If you are hit by the Jutsu, your copying attempt is cancelled. (This does not mean that you may dodge every Jutsu, know your limits)
